If a product isn't right, return it within 30 days — unused and in original packaging — for a refund or exchange.

Return within 30 days of pickup or delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Consumables that have been opened or used (blades, discs, bits that have cut) can't be returned unless defective.

Defective or wrong items
If something arrives defective or we sent the wrong item, we'll make it right at no cost — contact us for a replacement or refund.

How to start a return
Email printsdmt@gmail.com or call (289) 339-4336with your order number. Pickup orders can be returned in store Friday & Sunday, 10–5.

Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was defective or incorrect.
